The corporate policy of the Management is based on promoting and maintaining a management system capable of meeting the needs and expectations of customers, employees, and the Board of Directors. The primary objective is to provide products and services of impeccable quality. Through a system of reviews, audits, and personal evaluations, Management ensures that this policy is understood by all, implemented, and continuously maintained.

Scheduled management reviews, and extraordinary ones when necessary, allow constant monitoring and immediate correction of any deviations from the defined objectives. Internal audits are carried out according to the established plan to ensure that the implemented system operates effectively and to further improve its efficiency. Annual personal evaluations are conducted for process managers.

Development of dashboards that monitor the company’s ongoing progress, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions tailored to the various processes and to the business sectors of our clients. Responsiveness and availability in special situations.

Internal and external training courses to improve skills and staff versatility. Ongoing attention to working conditions, particularly workplace health and safety.
